              in voice mail. After a few weeks of mistreatment, we get an email 
              or a phone call, usually thanks to a referral from a current customer. We answer all emails and phone calls promptly. 
              Update and change requests to your site are usually done as soon 
              as they are received. You work hard and keep late hours, and we 
              will be on the phone with you after "business" hours, 
              if that's what you need. There are no per hour charges. Contact us with 
              the smallest change; if what you want is beyond scope, we'll make 
              it work. We don't do techno-talk. Expect answers in plain English. 
              You own the site, we simply manage it for you. Projects get completed
